Why is the SL or TP not triggered ?
seams like tl/sl are not set properly. maybe overwritten with 0?

The SL and TP levels are set as you can see from the figure, tiny RED and BLUE lines. I am curious why they are not triggered.
The tiny red/blue marks merely indicate that the SL and TP values were set at that point in time to that price. As zzuegg is suggesting, it is possible the SL and TP values were changed to an entirely different price (zero, or something beyond the price range of your chart snapshot) at a later point in time but prior to the market price reaching the originally set SL and TP values.
