Since MACD is based on Moving Averages which by nature are lagging indicators, I wouldn´t think it is possible to find.
 

Is there a macd created from a Hull MA or a DEMA instead of the usual EMA ? if there is it might be faster than a regular one.

 
Since indicators are based on historical data, then lagging will always be a problem.
