I am trying to run an Expert advisor through a backtest and get an output csv file. When I run the EA live the output file generates fine, however when I run the back test no file gets created. I know some functions are disabled during backtesting. Are File operation functions included in disabled functions. If they are, does any one know a work around to this. I am trying to get an output file of what the indicatior values are when the EA would execute a trade.
