No historic data? Strategy tester won't run date period

No errors in the log. The test doesn't stop, it just doesn't use the correct date range and it doesn't matter what I change it to, it only uses 1 month at a time.
So, the test finished but only presents a report of trades in January not the next 6 months.
If I change it to 01 April to 01 July, it only runs April data.
I am trying to run a strategy in the tester but it will only run the test for 1 month at a time.
For exampl, when I select 01 Jan to 01 July, it only runs the test for 01 Jan t0 28 Jan.
Any ideas on a solution?
I downloaded the history for the pair but it says I already have all the history.
