Hello,
when backtesting an EA, I see the custom indicator, which I use and which is imported (by the EA, which doesn't use buffers itself) via buffers.
Now 2 things happened after the ending or stopping of a backtest.
a) The (custom-)indicator is drawn in the window on the screen several times (in seperate windows)
b) at a certain point during the backest, one position stays open and no more positions are closed or opened, despite of the fact that the trading system
should trigger more trades.
So I'm wondering, is this because of a sort of "data/buffer overflow". Or could it be that custom indicators which have similar names like "A1" or "A2" are not distinguished
all the time be the software, so that there are several values(from different sources/indicators) imported into the EA at times, whcih could lead to a kinda of overflow?
thanks, if anybody has an idea
