Cant add custom indicators since last MT4 update

I cant add any custom indicators since the last MT4 build, yesterday evening. I also cant use any custom indicators that are in my 'Profiles' or even my 'Templates' although standard indicators that come with MT4 display ok. Can anyone suggest a fix please?
