I need an EA programmer

is there anyone who can help me program a custom EA.ive been trying to find someone on the net
but everyone wants to charge me! i believe in paying for work done but its not a complex EA and i dont even knowit will work.
is there anybody who could help me cause im too dumb to program it myself. ;-)
