For example:

I use rsi period 9 on 4 hr chart with levels 70/30

Can any programmer build one?

helo. i need some EA which is built that buy and sell only on cross example SMA 50 line, with profit targer and stop loss. This EA must buy a sell every signals! Open orders will close only on PT or SL. Have someone this?
