i need an EA (or something similar) to place and SL automatically when i open a Trade.

Ofcourse it is an EA property nothing else. Try building your own EA. you will get to know where you are learning and refer to forums and articles and improve yourself. good luck. you can do it.
 
Already you are into publishing Signals, !!!!!!! do not know why you asked about putting SL in an EA ??!!!!!

not in an EA. I just trade manual.

For MT4 i have some EA´s (from the Forum) which place an Stop Loss when i open a trade immediately.

That can be done in MT5 too, with an EA that monitor your trades and add an SL if there is not.
