Where do I download MQL4?

Where would I download MetaEditor? Could someone please send me the link? I presume this is where you would write the actual code to write your own Expert Advisor. Thank you!

Eh..well. This is part on MT4 trading platform. On the Tool bar right after New Order button there is a yellow sguare with the exclamation sighn in it. Press it and MetaEditor will load. That is where you can create and edit indicators, scripts and strategies.
