What do you think about converting profiles and templates from MT4 format to MT5 format? At least templates are not compatibile. I did not tried profiles yet.
I think Metaquotes should suggest or prepare some tool, which will be able to do job. If not, at least to describe how to do it - MT4/MT5 template and Profile file format
