Can broker steal my system?

Suppose that i have an EA that makes incredible profits. Then dealer noticed that and wanna steal this system. Can he do it via metatrader platform?

Any profitable account can have its trades copied, so if you're very successful, suggest a reduced spread to stop you moving your account :)
