USD Index is a parrameter that gives the "sterngth" of the $. Yes, you right an Index as S&P 500 or any other index.

One approach would be to trade the "Basket of 6" with your position size appropriately weighted for each. Perhaps this is a bit of an off-the-wallstreet approach, but may be of interest to you. CB
