how can template appear for EA in strategy tester automatically

Does anyone have their template showup automatically for their EA when they run it in strategy tester?
Can someone possibly tell me?

Yes, This works, but in tester mode my indicator works just with a timeframe running in tester and lost another timeframes (it is fixed the last online value ) ... Do u Know how fix it ?

Ask your question in a thread that is not over 2 years old . . .

The Strategy Tester runs 1 timeframe and you can't change the timeframe part the way though. If you want your Indictor to use a different timeframe to Period() then you have to code it to do so.

Hi, to adjust your indicator to work for any timeframe, follow the steps below.

1. simply change the timeframe from whattever value to the value of 0. (0 Means the current timeframe)

2. Navigator (its in the terminal)

3.Technical indicators (its in the Navigator)

4. L-click any indicator. (example: bollinger bands)

5. timeframe (located under Parameters:)
