Nevermind, I figured it out. It's actually really simple once you examine the Fibanocci Retracement line on a chart. The different between Fib0 and Fib100 is the same distance as is between Fib161.8 and 261.8 (duh, same ratio difference) and the difference betwen Fib100 and Fib161.8 is 5/10 the distance between Fib0 and Fib100, because 61.8 is approximately 5/10 of 100. So there I have it.
