ATC 2011 was announced on May 31st, 2011. (Actually i'm not sure, i just checked the ATC news.)

Maybe we shall be more patient :)

 
Registration started on May 31st, 2011. Announcement was earlier.
 
Metaquotes skips ATC everytime they are developing something new.
 

what new this year it could be?

but it is nice if ATC takes place every year. a challenge more satisfying for programmers than earning on business.
