Can you give clear rules what you see as a double top/bottom?

for e.g : is it still a Double top/bottom if the 2nd top/bottom was created 5 or maybe 10 pips higher or lower than the previous one?

whats the minimum candles you believe create a bottom...1? or must the pattern be formed over a number of candles?

There too many things to speculate on unless you can give exact rules that fit your interpretation of a double top/bottom.
