I am on Build 4.00 479 . the problem persists

I have multiple MT4 versions - all show this problem.

I have no EAs running.

I have not done a fresh install of all my MT4s 

 
I will examine my indicators
 
makra081: Does MT4 use any framework from XP for the color palette ? Like .net ?
Of course it does, like any other windows program. Reboot, and see if the problem goes away.
