Which OS for a long term stable MT4 machine?

I plan to run several MT4 clients, some live and some demo, which is the most stable for MT4?

Most stable i dont know, i can tell you from my system ...

XP Prof. SP2, 1 GB Ram 2,? GHz CPU, some normal "Desktop PC" in other Words.

No Tools and Games and other Stuff like Messanger or else is running exept the virus scan.

All day long is running one MetaTrader with LiveAccount from Broker A, one MetaTrader LiveAccount Broker B and one MetaTrader with Demokonto from Broker A.

Until now - i have this system now about 6 Months - was not one problem.

 

I'll second that - XP SP2 is fine in Home, Pro & 64-bit versions

And some of mine are used very hard...
