Market Watch horizontal display ( Newbie)

How do I get Meta Trader Market Watch to go back to a vertical position on the LHS It is stuck in a horizontal display when I view it and I cannot get it back to the LHS vertical ? Thanks - new to this !

Try closing the market watch window with the x, than reopen it from the toolbar.

Thanks JMCA - no luck it still opens horizontally across the page instead of to the right of the chart space
