Opening a position on a different account

In MT4 (single terminal) I'm logged into one account. Is it possible for the active EA to place an order on another account I'm not logged into? I think I might need a separate DLL for this.

Possible to simply change the account number in the heading of metatrader 4?
Connect to MT5 VPS with web browser?
Simultaneous EA on different accounts
