Can't Log into the members area????

I for some reason can't log into the members area at http://fapturbo.com/login.php.

I've read the terms and have sent an email to support 2 days ago, but no answer.

They suggest they have TERRIFIC support, just log in and call them. What does one do when they can't log in?

Can somebody give me the phone numbers that are listed inside the members area so I can call them?

My friend in Taiwan is having the same problem. I have tried to contact support, without success. Their phone numbers are:

1-619-202-4138, 1-708-279-7241 and their email address is [e-mail]

If you get a solution, post it here please.
