Orderclose not working.

Can some one please help me, I have been battling with the code of my EA for some time now. I can not get it to close a trade if the orderclose criteria are met.
I will attach my EA and the custom indicator it uses.
Please if you find the problem let me know I would like to fix it myself and learn from the problem.
