Partial Exit

Is there an EA which opens two or more positions at the same time and has partial exit?

You can open two positions, and close one, or open one position and close part of that position in code.

Such EA's exist, but the preponderance of EA's "floating around" are probably not profitable in the end.

Learn to write your own, it isn't so hard, though there can be a steep learning curve if you aren't already

familiar with simple programming concepts.
