How to Implement EA from existing Indicator

Remember the rules of MQL4.
Indicator only works when it is in Indicator Folder/Custom Indicator.
I'm new too in this mql4, but m sure somebody can help you out.
I need help in the scripting the following idea.
1. How to get the value of current price and the previous 10 pips price.
2. How to compared them.

Attached a Trend Follower Indicator.
I would like to use it as an Advisor.
Also attached an EA written from that indicator but it won't work.
How can it be fixed?
