To Metaquote: Use MetaLang.exe?

i didnt found some "rules", for this i ask here:

is it allowed to use the MetaLang.exe compiler also from other applications, f.e. if i create my EA in some other Application and want to compile?

But is it alowed?

Some Compilers are not alowed to use extern ....

You may create the source text file in any application that creates a text file.
