MetaTrader siezes up

Hello:

What do I do if MetaTrader siezes up, after I had been trying to start strategy testing, I only run an
EA on a demo account. It had never had a problem until I recently did the strategy testing that I'm

certainly a novice at. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, John

Check for free disk space on your PC Testing runs, Journal contents &history downloads can all eat up lots of space... Good luck -BB-

Yes, thank you BarrowBoy, I did defragmenting and it said all good except 4.5 GB in Meta\tester file that could not be defragmented.

So, I don't know how to remedy this without deleting the above file, when I start MetaTrader it seizes up.

I guess as a novice I wonder how you can do strategy testing and not end up with this situation? I'm using some of the help info for

strategy testing on this MQL4 site.

thanks, John
