Can I ask if there is a way to visualize in my chart windows (m1, m5, m15, m30, h1) an amount of bars filling 3 or 4 years without slow down the pc more than the necessary?
I usually set the number of visible bars in the Options menu. I change Maximum bars and Number of bars to 500000. It logically ends to occupy the whole processing memory. Several times a crash occurred, for getting out of it I had to restart the application.
It is necessary to me to have a quick view of the circumstances through which my EA operates in backtest during EA backtest.
I have set a different profile for any different currency I am interested in. But up to now, my EA is based on one of them. So I don't need to have 500000 bars for all the currencies but, nonetheless, I 'd not cancel the other profiles.
