is it possible to assign some special key as hotkey?

I wrote three scripts to buy, sell and flat my position. I would like to assign ALT+Up Arrow, ALT+Down Arrow, ALT+Right Arrow keys as hotkey to these three scripts respectively. Is it possible? Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the reply. I did not write my question clearly. I was asking for whether it was possible to assign some special key combination such as ALT+Up Arrow key as the hotkey. I can only assign keys such at ALT+B, Ctrl+S, etc. as hotkey. I would like to assign ALT+Up_Arrow as a hotkey to run a Buy.mt4 script, ALT+Down_Arrow to run a Sell.mt4 script, ALT+Right_Arrow to run a Flat.mt4 script. Is it possible?
