Isn't there a Help file I can run in my computer instead reading the documentation on my browser?
I was looking in MetaTrader 4 but I couldn't find anything.

there is a Help file, open the "MetaQuotes Language Editor" program from the MetaTrader4 ( hit F4 or select Tools/MetaQuotes Language Editor from the menu ). Once inside the editor hit F1 to get access to the help file...
