Searching for a EMA/Envelope (river) cross-over Alert

Does anybody know if a EMA/Envelope (river/Channel) cross-over Alert (indicator) exists? To alert one the moment the 13EMA crosses the (let's say) the 0.05% deviation upper- or lower envelopes. Or maybe be so kind as to share.
