is there some code to determine if an order is market or pending?

that doesn't appear to give whether its pending or market though. It just returns how its placed.  whether it was a OP_BUY, OP_BUYLIMIT, or OP_BUYSTOP.

OK i think i understand now if it was a OP_BUYSTOP or a OP_BUYLIMIT once it goes to market it becomes a OP_BUY right?
