Close order with time !!!

I have an EA who does not use stop loss and would like to know if you can enter a command to close the orders the negative time 23:59:59?

In Time if you have any order to miss the EA closes and leaves open only the orders that are positive for the next period.

but i have to ask for a favoour which i believe you will do it for me.
well am new in forex trading which i have not yet gotten any indicator that is very sure to use
so please i realy need you help.
