ha2 = iCustom("EURUSD", "PERIOD_H1", "Heiken", 4, 0);
PERIOD_M1 and PERIOD_H1 are constant definded by MT, not string, so not use "" for them.
double ha1 = iCustom(Symbol(),Period(),"Heiken Ashi",4,0); this is your first, it is right.
you changed it to 5 long, you should also changed SetIndexBuffer(0, ExtMapBuffer1); one by one.

As you can see I got it right by making it a Global Variable but I want todo it with Icustom:

I created an indexbuffer 4 and thats what I want to get.
I cant even get value 1,2 or 3?
Anybody got anyidea where I'm going wrong?
