What can I expect for support from MetaQuotes Software Corp., Rosh?

you should give your SPR here
about that fact that I am not getting any feedback on the SPR I submitted where
you suggested I should. What is the turn around time on such things? All I'm really
looking for a thiss point is confirmation that there is a system problem or that
I am doing something wrong.

As Rosh suggested I submitted a SPR (system problem report) and I have heard nothing back from Metaquotes. I can not even query to see the status of the SPR. I have talked to my broker but they seem fairly clueless when it comes to MQL4 programming or its bugs. There response was we don't recommend you trade using EAs. Can I expect direct support from Metaquotes or am I religated to go 3rd person through my broker in order to find out if there are major bugs in the system. If I cannot determine if MQL4 is a reliable autonamted trading system which (so far from my limited use appears to be the case) how can I expect to use it? How can I afford to trade using a system that appears to be prone to error?
