New help with writing expert advisor for backtesting

I was wondering if someone out there could help me write an expert advisor to do some backtesting? I don't really know to much about writing code. I am looking for an expert advisor that will trigger a buy or sell if price moves above or below the 50 SMA & 100 SMA by more than 10 pips and checks to see if MACD is switching from negative to positive for buys and positive to negative for sells, within the last 5 bars on the MACD indicator? There is more to this strategy but I will stop here. If you would like to help me I would appreciate it. Thanks so much.
