no, consider the ea a program running on your computer, if the computer is off, no program running..

but my friend can , her ea run though her computer off. for example so ea run in server mt4 interbankfx

You can rent a dedicated server or virtual private server, and run your platform on it. So you don't need to have your home PC on for the whole day.

Windows based virtual private servers are from around $40/month, with hundreds of hosting companies offering them around the world.
