Repeated LiveUpdates

I completed the LiveUpdate from build 195 to build 196 and closed the platform.  When I re-opened the platform, I still had build 195 and I had to update again, and again, and again every time I close and open the platform.  This problem seems to happen with InterbankFX, but not with MIG. Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
 
I am with IBFX, my update went without a hitch. Perhaps if you delete everything and start again?
