Fill data into csv file

First of all I'm sorry for my bad English language :)

I need Code in MQL4 to fill the two columns blank in csv file (attached), for example:
I have in row1 in csv file this order:
Symbol (GBPUSD) action (Buy) Open date (5/7/2019 15:31) open price (1.30611) close date (5/8/2019 0:48) close price (1.30726).
So I want from the code to know the highest price happened against the order during the period of the order (from open date and time till close date and time), then write it down in the columns blank as a price and pips.

Note: I want the source code.
