Combination of 2 indicators to make an alert/

Hi,

Please see the attached indicators

But the arrows on the CAP Channel have been changed to black colour to hide, and the arrows are made from the Bollinger Band indicator. 

Can you make an alert when the BB arrow, appears outside the channel? Or is this too had because both indicator's repaint?

And then an extra filter it it happens under the 200 MA (pink in this example)  And other way round if long.

And then on added bonus the price is below a MA on a higher time frame?  So for examples the below happens on the 1h but the price is also below on the 4h. (And I can adjust the comparing time frames, e.g 5m vs 15 m)

Then scan for setups across all FX pairs.
