Modification of export-script for indicator's values to csv

Hello,

I need a modification of the script "Export Indicator's Values" (see attachment) for using with stochastic oscillator.

Target:

Input values: %K period, %D period, slowing
Output values (to csv-file): date, time, %K-value, %D-value
