Customizable Indicator Time/Trade

I need an indicator with Buy and Sell arrows, which can be set to trade between specific times, same as example image. Between a period of 1 hour, the indicator waits for the first candle of M15, and negotiates until it succeeds in the next candles (customizable). When he succeeds he stops and waits for the next period, or if he can not succeed, he starts again in the next period of time.
