OverBought OverSold Indicator

I require an indicator that does the following:

1. Displays the list of currencies either overbought or oversold in mt4 terminal as per current time

2. It should ask for list of currencies that have to be checked if they are overbought or oversold

3. It should work with

   1.  H1(hourly)

   2. H4 (four hourly) and

   3. Daily D1 timeframes

       

      For instance :

       

A similar tabular list for daily timeframe at any given time.

1. The overbought and oversold criteria should be based on RSI, i.e. when RSI indicates its over 70 its overbought and below 30 is oversold
