Need an indicator to identify candles

I need an indicator which can count candles open to low , open to high and close to identify some candle shapes .Its very simple please read description carefully and it will be all clear .

For Bull Candle or Bar Up : for bull candle indicator will check the difference % in open to low and open to high , so indicator will compare the open to low value with open to high.

Example : Let say bull candle open to low (lower tail) value is 200 points and open high is 100 points so lower tail is 100% bigger than upper tail .

editable parameter will be added in the inputs ,

Candle tail length % minimum= say we set 50 so the lower tail should be 50% bigger than the upper tail . 

Candle tail length % maximum= say we set it to 80 , so it should not be more than 80% bigger than upper tail or open to high .

Candle Close Point : for bull candle indicator will also check the close point for this it will check Open to high points and compare with close price. let say open to high was 100 points and candle closed at 60 points from open so candle close was at 60% .

Editable parameters will also be used for close point.

If the bull candle meets the given conditions indicator will show a non repaint arrow or dot at the bottom of that candle at close.

For Bear Candle or Bar Down : rules are same also for bear candle but for bear candle indicator will compare the upper tail (open to high) with open to low .

Candle upper tail length % minimum= say we set 50 so the upper tail should be 50% bigger than the lower tail . 

Candle upper tail length % maximum= say we set it to 80 , so it should not be more than 80% bigger than lower tail or open to high .

Close point will be counted from with open to low and open to close price .

If the bull candle meets the given conditions indicator will show a non repaint arrow or dot at the top of that candle at close.

Also please add property strict code and account protection , so if we add an account number in the code the compiled ex4 file will only work for that account number , if we add 0 there will be no account restrictions.
