Indicator Data Pull - RSI, ADX etc

I am looking for someone to pull indicator values by date/time and timeframe into a CVS or excel file for analysis purposes.

Particular indicators of interest: RSI, DeMarker, ADX, Bollinger (upper, middle, lower), Ichimoku (Kijun-sen, Tenkan-sen)

Pairs: EURGBP, NZDUSD, AUDNZD, EURCHF

Timeframes: M30, H1, H4, D1

Date range: 2007 to present

I've attached an example for a single pair and timeframe (with made up data)
