Convertion from MQL4 Indicator in MQL5 Indicator

I need someone to convert the attached "AMA_Slope_Indicator" Indicator to MQL5. It should not be altered in function and I need the SourceCode of the converted Indicator. The Indicator should be able to backtest 1 month in under one minute.
