Trading Rule Enforcer Script

I am seeking a developer to enforce my trading rules for me through a suitable script.

I have fully documented the use cases and will show it after discussing with the developer.

I will reveal one use case here as an example to know what this entails.

Use case:

Enforce Stop Loss:

Action: Prevent a trade from been opened if stoploss is zero.

The other use cases are also not very complex

Note: This system does not do any buy or selling, it is just to enforce my rules.
