Find out how close the correlation for USDCAD and OIL is.

Looking for someone with experience in pair trading as I want to see how closely correlated USDCAD and oil is. Trying to use USDCAD as an hedge to oil but must calculate how big historical deviations have been and what the weighted price per pip would be.
