Script for entering Entering Stop Loss and Take Profit

I need a simple script that will automatically check all the open trades (max 30 open trades) and places a fixed stoploss of 50 pips and a fixed take profit of 75 pips on all of them. Note that these trades can be short and long trades; hence, the code must be able to handle the stop loss and profit accordingly. Please ensure the magic numbers and the comments for each of these open trades are not changed.
