Stoch RSI Indicator and Alert and Price EMA Price Cross Alert

Hi,

I am looking for a developer that would be able to Code me the below listed Indicators

1. Stoch RSI Indicator with alerts at crossing 20 & 80%
2. Price EMA crossover Alert that filters out mutiple alerts within a specific time period or Maybe only if price retraces more than 20 pips after alert.

3. Direction Movement Index Indicator providing a Histogram display with alerts at 25
